Order and purchase inexpensive doorhangers & flyers (Minimum 1,000) (PLEASE MAKE THE DOOR HANGERS & FLYERS EXACTLY THE WAY I HAVE THEM IN THIS DOCUMENT ONLY CHANGE THE ADDRESS, PHONE # or/& TIME) from http://www.topvalueprinting.com/ 1 to 2 months before the scheduled outreach. Include the name of items you will give away on your flyer.

Recruit, organize and send out church members to canvass the community (areas that are low income, non-affluent or a housing project track)near your church 1 week prior to the outreach revival to distribute 700 of the doorhangers and flyers.

Purchase fruit snacks from SAM'S Club the week before the outreach. Have several families in the church to donate the folowing items (please bare in mind you do not have to purchase all of the items on this list):

5 - $20 Wal-mart gift cards

10 - $10 subway gift cards

5 - Hoola Hoops

5 - Jump ropes

3 - basketballs

5 - footballs

2 - scooters & helmet

Friday NIGHT - Sister Yanick Clay arrives at your church to teach 1st session @ 7pm. I will need an LCD projector & a megaphone.

Saturday Morning - 2nd teaching session @ 10am. We hit the streets (12-passenger van,carpool or walking) to distribute 300 of doorhangers, flyers and fruitsnacks. Tag back in to share our experiences, eat a light lunch and go out this time to try out the heaven or hell method on everybody we meet to bring them back to church for an ACTS 2:38 party.

Sunday Morning @ 10am - General Session Sunday School, I teach on New Convert Care, show a video and we hit the streets for a final push from 11am-1pm, we will reap the largest harvest at this time. Have 300 yellow flyers ready to be handed out.
At 12:30 greeters & registration is ready and available, the people will arrive early so be friendly. All facilities should be clean and ready for guests. Have the sanctuary well lit with gospel music playing in the background. Start service on time @ 2pm.

Prayer - 2 mins. maximum
Scripture - John 3:3-7 read all together
Welcome - 1 min. maximum
Announcements - 2 mins. maximum
Offering - NO HAGGLING & AUCTIONEERING
Choir A & B selection - upbeat blood song & slow easy follow worship song
Evangelistic Message - 10 to 15 minutes preaching against SIN by the Pastor.
HEAVEN or HELL ALTAR CALL - by sister Yanick Clay
Gift giveaway - need guest registration & take plenty of pictures.

The Pastor preaches for 15 min only against SIN and I do the altar call. ACTS 2:38 party begins again. Guest registration cards are used to give away gifts. Service comes to a close.

Guest follow-up begins immediately on monday with a phone call from designated church members. Tuesday a letter is received via snail mail or email to congratulate new saint on their new birth.

Regular church attendance and a new saints class is a neccessity to the survival of the new born babe in Christ Jesus. Churchtracer.com is an exceptional tool to monitor church attendance. The new saints class should be no longer than 16 weeks or 4 months. Encourage and challenge the new saint of God to personally win souls by implementing the strategies in this effefctive outreach handout.

Upon completion of the new saints class a certificate and special recognition should be given, as well as, dinner with Pastor and his family. Make it really nice the older saints serve the new saint. Gift ideas: KJV Study Bible

Immediately, place the new saint on an auxiliary to train them on how to work in the church. If your church has access to a Bible College sponsor the new saint to take 2 classes, ie., Old Testament Survey or New Testament Survey.

4 months have passed - 2nd cycle of outreach is implemented - OPERATION BLOCK PARTY. The purpose of the 2nd cycle of outreach is to reach even more people, expand visibility of your church and challenge the saints of God to work and win souls. Soulwinning is a overlooked doctrine, it must be reinforced with application, not with lip service.
